Living areas are positioned deep within the site to ensure privacy while maintaining a constant connection to the water’s edge. The plan is carefully composed to welcome northern sunlight into every room, enhancing the home’s relationship with its landscape.
From every vantage point, the river remains present, with the design framing views, creating seamless transitions between indoors and out, and establishing a gentle rhythm to daily life.
