The client for this project is based in the US and holidays in the Bahamas. They discovered RMA through the World Architecture Awards, and were inspired by the practice’s iconic coastal residences.
Unable to find the resources on the island that match the client’s progressive vision, they have turned to RMA to create a contemporary, sensitive and relaxing beachfront home – one that works in conversation with the moderate climate and local architecture.
This will be a world-class home born from a close study of local culture and context.
