This was a very successful building in Toorak, selling for record prices at the time. It proved the value of combining a perfect location with a statement building set in lush landscaping.

RMA’s Wallace Avenue project displays all the key ingredients that are rare to find in one apartment building. It is set near Toorak Village; it has a distinguished façade and generous public and private spaces; it is positioned in a landscaped setting; and it has northerly sun, privacy and security.
The residences themselves are defined by restrained taste with flourishes of luxury. This is evident in the seamless use of classic, high-quality materials in warm tones such as stone, oak and bronze.
The detailing is exemplary, with brass pulls on drawers and carved travertine defining the context in which the owners can introduce their own personal style.
