We are looking for a motivated Studio Administrator to be responsible for the first impressions of our business, as well as providing administration support to senior management whilst working closely with the whole RMA team.

You will enjoy a high performing atmosphere, team orientated approach and a professional and supportive work environment where hard work and dedication is rewarded and recognised.

This position is full-time, Monday to Friday.

 

Your Experience

  • Client facing sales experience
  • Administrative skills
  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resource management or Business Administration desirable
  • Excellent strategic thinking while being open to a new perspective/better way of doing things
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office, with the ability to successfully implement and learn new systems
  • Knowledge of Salesforce desirable
  • Mentoring skills for guiding staff in all aspects of RMA to assist management in magnifying team skills, satisfaction, and growth
  • Outstanding organisational and leadership abilities
  • Imagination, creativity, and empathy

Software and other experience

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (outlook, word, excel)
  • Salesforce CRM experience would be highly regarded
  • Experience with Apple products and operating systems
  • Adobe Illustrator experience would be highly regarded
