RMA are now looking for an Architectural Graduate with strong 3D presentation skills and a good eye for design to join our team and help grow the business with offices in Sydney and Melbourne.

Our Sydney office is situated on the idyllic leafy Queen St., Woollahra, just five minutes’ walk from the famous shopping strip and Centennial Park. The CBD and eastern suburbs are a mere ten minute drive away, and Sydney airport and the North Shore twenty minutes away. You couldn't ask for a better location.

Our Melbourne office is a very leisurely two-minute stroll from the renowned café-lined Greville St. We are a five-minute walk to the Prahran Market and Prahran Station and a short drive to all of Melbourne’s freeways. Our office provides an exceptional working environment in a leafy landscape.

The Role

The primary purpose of this role is to manage the administration of projects from sign up to delivery, ensuring projects are tracking on time and budget and project management systems are maintained. You will work closely with RMA’s Director and Associates assisting with business operations, strategic management and actively fostering an uplifting and positive studio environment.

Key Criteria:

  • The individual excels in collaborative, multi-disciplinary teams with expertise in architectural coordination and a holistic understanding of the design process.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe Suite, Deltek, and relevant software, they stay updated on technology trends.
  • Committed to mastering Process and Standards for timely, budget-conscious project delivery, their leadership includes effective procurement, system implementation, and mentorship in commercial strategy.
  • A stalwart personality, creativity, and empathy, they represent the firm professionally while working independently.
